The edge-computing gateways can function as both Modbus RTU master or slave. To use the gateway as Modbus RTU slave, additional RTU slave node installation is required.
Edge-computing gateways also support TCP/IP. Please find TCP/IP guide below. Currently, only SVT-V series real-time wireless vibration & temperature sensor and SVT200-T wireless temperature sensors are supported by TCP/IP. SVT-A series sensor support may be added based on customer’s requests.
