Broadsens released GU200 wireless gateway powered by data visualization software Node-RED. Node-RED provides a browser-based flow editor that makes it easy to wire together flows using the wide range of nodes in the palette. Flows can be then deployed to the runtime in a single-click. This makes GU200 extremely flexible and easy to upgrade. It also makes GU200 easy to customize and expand its functions. GU200 series gateway uses Raspberry Pi 3B+ and 4 as the internal controller board, which make them very powerful to process wireless sensor data. Analysis tool including power spectrum is embedded inside GU200 for quick diagnosis of machine condition. Multiple wireless temperature sensors SVT100 can be divided into different zones (groups) by GU200. Each group can monitor one machine (equipment). The sensors in the same group can be synchronized for machine balance analysis. GU200 also has integrated time-series database InfluxDB, InfluxDB is specifically designed for IOT applications. The basic wireless condition monitoring system from Broadsens includes one wireless gateway and three SVT100-A wireless vibration sensors. The standard wireless condition monitoring system includes one wireless gateway, nine SVT100-A sensors plus four SVT100-T wireless temperature sensors.
