SVT200-A, SVT300-A and SVT400-A wireless vibration sensors are the best to be used for predictive maintenance and machine condition monitoring. They have many advanced features such as real-time data acquisition, raw acceleration data transfer and real-time data visualization and FFT analysis. The sensors can continuously take 3-axes acceleration data in real-time at 50Hz for more than half a year non-stop, which make them the best wireless vibration sensors in the industry. SVT-A series wireless vibration sensors can be divided into more than 3,000 groups, and the sensors in the same group can be synchronized to take data. SVT200-A has the highest vibration sensitivity, SVT300-A covers the common used acceleration ranges from +/-2g up to +/-16g with excellent signal to noise ratio, and SVT400-A has a high acceleration range up to +/-64g. They all offer multiple data acquisition modes such as real-time mode, batch-mode, single DAQ mode and multi DAQ mode with sampling rate from 50Hz up to 25.6kHz. Broadsens wireless vibration sensors have adjustable F-MAX range from DC up to 10kHz.

Wireless vibration sensor SVT200-V is ideal for continuous vibration monitoring to detect sudden events such as shocks or impacts, in which case predictive maintenance method can not predict. The sensor integrates edge computing algorithm and works 24 hours a day and 7 days a week continuously. SVT200-V acquires acceleration samples at default sampling rate of 12.8 kHz, compute the overall relative vibration speed (mm/s) and acceleration RMS (g), measures structure temperature and then transmit the result. At 1 second measurement interval, SVT200-V's battery can last more than 3 years in a typical factory environment.

Wireless temperature sensor SVT100-T is designed for long-term online temperature monitoring. It is super compact, light weight and has a theoretic battery life of more than 18 years

SVT100-T wireless temperature sensor is one of the most compact temperature sensors with ultra-long battery life in the industry. It sends temperature measurement every 10s continuously.  SVT100-T also has the highest temperature measurement accuracy of +/-0.3 degree Celsius without calibration. Most importantly, SVT100-T measures the contact area temperature, instead of environment temperature. This is because the temperature sensor is mounted at the sensor base with heat-conductive epoxy. Multiple SVT100-T can be divided into multiple groups (pre-configured at the factory, non-adjustable) to monitor different areas.
