In 2024, Broadsens released SVT-L series long-range wireless vibration & temperature sensors that can reach 1km distance in open space. Broadsens also improved its industrial best selling wireless vibration and temperature sensors: SVT-V series sensors. The SVT-V series sensors are the only effective condition monitoring solutions of machines with random up and down times, since the sensors monitor the machines continuously in real time. Auto acceleration range adjustment feature is added to the sensors for better resolution in both small acceleration applications (such as Structure Health Monitoring) and large acceleration applications (such as heavy machines). OTA firmware upgrade ability is added to the SVT-V series sensors without sacrificing the power consumption.
Broadsens released industrial leading wireless ultrasonic thickness gauge WUT204-S with the most advanced features. The sensor can be used for both bolt preload monitoring and corrosion monitoring. The corrosion monitoring feature will be further improved with the upcoming WUT201 sensor and BUP4SH probe for wide temperature range applications in 2025.

Wireless Optical Speed sensor WOS200 is to be released in the first quarter of 2025. WOS200 is an advanced wireless optical rotation speed sensor that monitors the machine rotation speed, which is important for machine condition monitoring. WOS200 can be used with Broadsens's wireless vibration & temperature sensors for comprehensive monitoring and predictive maintenance. WOS200 is completely wireless, and its battery can be replaced easily by users. The distance from WOS200 lens to the machine shaft can be up to 50 cm (20 inches) compared to mm distance from other optical rotation speed sensors or hall effect speed sensors.
Broadsens is also on-pace to receive IECEx and ATEX certificates for its SVT-L series wireless long-range vibration & temperature sensors, and SVT series standard wireless vibration & temperature sensors.
Broadsens will also release server-side software for customers who need platform solutions in Q1 2025. The server-side vibration monitoring software can be installed on Windows or Linux machines to monitor large amount multiple gateways. The server software can run on a local computer, or a cloud server. The communication between the server and gateways is through MQTT protocol.
